Please note that each piece is uniquely vintage and has its own story to tell and with that in mind, may show some slight imperfections and flaws. The condition of each item is stated in each description as accurate as possible to the best of our knowledge.

CONDITION GUIDE

Excellent: Anticipated signs of use considering its age, yet minimal visible indications of wear are present. A clothing item is still classified as Excellent even if alterations have been made or internal tags/lining are missing or damaged.

Great: Displays typical signs of age-related use with minor visible issues that do not significantly affect functionality. A clothing item in Very Good condition may exhibit slight fabric pulls or small marks, and could have undergone minor alterations, such as the replacement of original buttons.

Good: Clearly shows signs of wear but remains structurally sound. May require mending and/or cleaning. A clothing item in Good condition might display visible marks, pulled threads, fading, or balling on the fabric. Original buttons or removable accessories could be absent.

We offer the option to exchange items for store credit within 14 days if they don't meet your expectations as outlined in our product descriptions.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Which payment methods do you accept? We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and Maestro), payments via PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How long does shipping take? We plan to ship out orders every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Anticipated delivery durations following order processing:

Please note: when placing an order from outside the EU, please be aware that import taxes, duties, and associated customs fees may be imposed upon the arrival of your order at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office. It is your responsibility to settle the payment for these charges and taxes, and they will not be covered by us. The prices shown on our website do not include duties and taxes.

We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For additional information regarding charges, kindly contact your local customs office.

Do you accept returns? We do facilitate exchanges but do not provide refunds currently. To validate your return, it is essential to contact niamh@solis-vintage.co.uk within 14 days, specifying the exact item you wish to exchange for. Our exchange policy excludes store credit; we solely offer direct exchanges. Upon reaching out, further instructions will be provided. Please note: this is not a free returns service; the buyer is responsible for covering all postage costs. We do not entertain partial exchanges or offer store credit; therefore, exchanges must be made for items of equal value to your original purchase, or the difference will be forfeited. Each item is eligible for exchange only once.
